Barbara Kenedy and Associates can be reached at (630)369-8885 for a free initial phone consultation. In most cases you will speak with Kurt Lohnes. He is a therapist and also clinical director of Barbara Kenedy and Associates. He will gather information, answer any questions you may have and determine the next step to take, including which of our therapists may be the best fit for you and your family.

Our therapists have day, evening and weekend hours.

Barbara Kenedy and Associates is located in the Jefferson Hill Building at 43 East Jefferson, Suite 203, Naperville, Illinois 60540. We are one half block east of Washington street, across from the free parking deck.

CONFIDENTIALITY

From your first telephone call to us, all information will remain confidential, as regulated by the Illinois Confidential Act and Federal HIPPA requirements.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

You may wish to use your medical insurance to pay for counseling service. Our therapists are all contracted with multiple insurance companies. You may choose to pay out of pocket for your counseling. This gives you complete freedom to work with a therapist you trust and feel comfortable with. Paying for counseling out of pocket also provides increased confidentiality and privacy since no information is shared with an insurance company.

FEES FOR OUR SERVICES

Our fees are commensurate with the standard schedule for services. We will provide assistance to you regarding application for reimbursement through your medical insurance plan.
